28 June 2023 Through the new Fréjus tunnel tube: the Cyclofrejus experience is open to all
On July 12, we have organized, on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the opening of the Frejus Tunnel, a unique cycling event open to all. Participants, in fact, in addition to crossing beautiful alpine landscapes, will be able to ride through the 12.8 km second tube of the tunnel before its official opening.
Sitaf, concessionaire of the ASTM Group and SFTR, Société Française du Tunnel Routier du Fréjus, are the promoters of this initiative that unites Italy, France and sports and nature lovers. The proposed routes and the possibility of using pedal-assisted bicycles make the event suitable for cyclists, amateurs and even families.
Itineraties:
– Short itinerary (41 km, 409 m elevation gain)
– Medium itinerary (60 km, 934 m elevation gain)
– Long itinerary (126 km, 2,678 m elevation gain)
All participants will receive a technical T-shirt, a commemorative souvenir plaque and have access to the refreshment station.
