In 2023 ASTM was confirmed as a global leader in the fight against climate change by Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), achieving an A- rating. The Group was assessed on the basis of the actions introduced to reduce emissions, mitigate climate risks and develop a low-carbon economy.
Of the more than 21,000 companies that joined the initiative in 2023, 375 are Italian and of these 11% have reached a level of Leadership (A/A-).

Standard Ethics assigns ASTM the “EE+” (Very Strong) rating recognizing the Group’s structural commitment to ESG issues and Sustainability governance framework. The rating awarded underscores how the international expansion promoted by ASTM has kept the Sustainability strategy strong and how the commitment to ESG issues is confirmed by the constant alignment with UN, OECD and European Union guidelines.

Sustainalytics assigned a Top-Rated award to ASTM in its geographical area (Europe). On a scale of five risk categories (negligible, low, medium, high, severe) the ESG Risk Rating attributed to ASTM is equal to 5.3 (Negligible), i.e. the economic value potentially at risk due to ESG factors not managed is negligible.

MSCI | Rating A

Sustainable Finance

ASTM has further consolidated its commitment to fight climate change by integrating the 2030 emission reduction targets validated by the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) in its financial strategy, by publishing the first Sustainability Linked Financing Framework.
