World Health and Safety Day: a concrete commitment, every day

On World Health and Safety Day, ASTM celebrates not only a fundamental value, but also the tangible results that reflect our daily commitment.

In 2024, thanks to the strengthening of the company’s HSE policies, constant monitoring of worksites and continuous investment in training, we have recorded a reduction in work-related accidents.

The results speak for themselves.
There has been a 21% reduction in the employee accident frequency rate from 10.1 (2023) to 8.0 (2024).
In addition, more than 136,000 hours of health and safety-related training were delivered, representing 49% of the training provided.

These numbers represent much more than performance. They are evidence of a culture that puts people at the centre.

Safety is not just an operational priority, but a shared value that guides every choice, every activity and every worksite.
