With “The Right Words”, ASTM supports the Disability Agenda

ASTM has adhered to the Disability Agenda, a project of the CRT Foundation and the Consulta for People in Difficulty, which aims to formulate and disseminate a model of inclusion based on concrete actions for a truly participatory future. Born from the collaboration of non-profit organizations, foundations, academia, professional and trade organizations, the Disability Agenda can now also count on the support of ASTM, the first for-profit company to join the program.

The ASTM Group, the second largest motorway operator in the world, is aware of the key role of infrastructure for the economic growth of countries and for the well-being of citizens. The Group operates therefore with particular attention to people and the environment, integrating sustainability policies in its business strategy and day-to-day operations. In this context, ASTM has decided to share and support the values of the Disability Agenda, confirming its commitment to enhancing personnel and creating long-term value on a shared basis.

With the “Le Parole Giuste” (“The Right Words”) initiative, video pills designed to address issues useful for welcoming people with disabilities inside and outside the working environment, ASTM strengthens its commitment to promoting the values of diversity and inclusion, encouraging a path of improvement of business practices with regard to these very important issues.

The videos presented today, Saturday December 3, on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, will be disseminated by the ASTM Group and made available to all the other realities that are supporters of the Agenda, for a choral action that can amplify the spread of the message.
