Building a bridge between the academic and professional worlds is a key mission for our Group. Through our subsidiaries, we strive to maintain an ongoing dialogue with the new generations of engineers and technicians.
Alessandra Bonicelli, Project Manager at SINA, ASTM’s engineering company, spoke at the Politecnico di Milano, the university where she graduated, during the event “Group Mentoring with Alumni for Civil Engineering Students”, an opportunity for young talents to engage with representatives from leading companies in the sector.
During the meeting, Alessandra shared her professional journey, highlighting both challenges and opportunities in the infrastructure industry. She also provided students with a concrete perspective on the skills needed to successfully navigate a career in this field. This was a valuable experience for PoliMI students who were able to better understand the role of engineer and receive practical advice from the one who works every day to design major infrastructure projects that serve the community.
