Through integrated assessment and training models aimed at ensuring operational excellence, we support the continuous learning and development of the people who work in ASTM.

Academy

An advanced training program designed to promote fundamental cross-functional skills for the technical, administrative and sustainable management of major infrastructure projects. Thanks to the contribution of professionals from within and outside the ASTM Group, academics and institutional representatives, the Academy stands out as a place for knowledge sharing, integrating theory and practice. Created to prepare professionals for the engineering and operational challenges of the sector, it now plays a central role in the development of the Group’s human capital.

Learn & Do

Development of soft skills for the full realisation of our people’s professionalism. By enhancing communication and interpersonal skills, team leadership, stress and emotion management, and providing in-depth analysis of the latest trends in technology, this training center aims to promote soft skills in support of growth paths at various levels, enabling everyone to express their talent to the utmost.

ESG Hub

Dissemination of the sustainability strategy to foster cultural change, encourage alignment around shared objectives and strengthen the sense of belonging to the Group. Development of competencies related to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics through initiatives dedicated to promoting the Group’s sustainability principles, such as ethics, protection of the planet and people, social progress in reference territories, economic growth and the safeguarding of human rights.

Compliance Desk

A continuous process, marked by periodic updates, designed to keep pace with the evolution of the regulatory framework. In addition to ensuring that the organization operates in compliance with regulations, internal policies and ethical standards, training activities aim to raise awareness of legal and reputational risks, providing the skills necessary for their effective management. Classroom training delivered by experts is complemented by e-learning modules and in-depth workshops.

Tech Innovation

In-depth analysis of technological trends and tech issues proposed by the market, applicable to the Group’s business context, pursuing a path of continuous innovation. Development of skills aimed at designing systems and solutions with generative Artificial Intelligence and deep learning, process automation, analysis and design of new applications based on a Platform-as-a-Service approach, development of hybrid ICT systems (on-premises and cloud) and advanced management of cyber-security activities.

Talent Development Center

A set of initiatives available to our talents to enrich their growth paths, developed through continuous dialogue with universities and the job market: professional training in the fields of infrastructure engineering, hands-on learning activities, soft skills training courses, meetings with management, and intra-group exchange programmes in Italy and abroad.

Exchange Program

An “on-the-job” training program based on temporary assignments of resources to Group companies operating in different contexts, businesses and countries. The exchange aims to encourage the adoption of best practices and the sharing of knowledge to foster synergies and communication of processes. In addition to promoting professional development and cultural exchange within the Group, the project contributes to developing and retaining talent, accelerating their growth opportunities.
