ASTM Group, in collaboration with CPD – Consulta per le Persone in Difficoltà (Council for People with Difficulties), and within the broader framework of the Disability Agenda, has launched an awareness-raising campaign aimed at improving the accessibility and quality of reception in the service areas of its Italian motorways.
The resulting recommendations are available to inspire improvement proposals both for the services currently offered on the motorway network and for those to be assigned through future tender procedures.
