ASTM has earned a place in CDP’s (formerly Carbon Disclosure Project) prestigious “A List” for its global environmental performance in the 2025 climate disclosure, improving its score compared to 2024 (A-) and confirming its role as a leader in the fight against climate change. The Group, that participates in the initiative since 2018, has been assessed on the basis of the actions introduced to reduce emissions, mitigate climate risks and develop a low-carbon economy. Among the more than 22,100 companies that joined the initiative in 2025, only 4% have reached a level A. CDP is one of the main global non-profit organizations for the evaluation of climate change disclosure transparency. CDP’s methodology assigns scores from A to D- and evaluates four key dimensions: completeness of reporting, awareness of environmental risks, risk management, and adoption of environmental leadership practices.

In 2025, Standard Ethics, an independent rating agency, confirmed ASTM’s EE+ Rating (Very Strong), recognizing the Group’s commitment to ESG issues and the dissemination of UN-, OECD- and EU-based sustainability principles to its subsidiaries in Brazil and the United States. The Long Term Expected Rating has been raised to “EEE- (Excellent)”

In 2025 MSCI, a gloabl rating agency that measurs the resilience of a company to long-term environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks in the secto, has maintained ASTM in the A (Average) section.

In 2025, Sustainalytics, a global sustainability research and rating agency, assigned ASTM an ESG Risk Rating of 7.5 (Negligible), assessing as negligible the economic value potentially at risk due to ESG factors not managed by the company.
