Building Tomorrow’s Skills Together: ASTM Academy First-Half 2026 Results
06 August 2026For ASTM, fostering the cross-functional skills essential for the technical, administrative, and sustainable management of major infrastructure projects represents an investment in its people and in the future. The ASTM Academy stands out as a hub for knowledge and collaboration, integrating theory and practice into the training program offered by the Group. Established to prepare professionals for the engineering and operational challenges of the sector, it now plays a central role in the development of human capital.
The results for the first six months of the year show significant figures:
- A total of 3,380 hours of training provided
- 881 participants involved
- 7 days of study and in-depth training
The Academy comprises two training programs: the ASTM Engineering Advanced Training School, which is primarily aimed at those in technical roles, and the ASTM School for Young Professionals, which offers a two-year training program for the Group’s newscomers.
During the first half of the year, the Advanced Engineering School and the School for Young Professionals organized, respectively, four days of technical visits and theoretical training, and three seminars to explore key and topical technical topics in the infrastructure sector.
The Academy and its evolution over time reflect ASTM’s strategic vision of promoting a corporate culture focused on training and innovation, strengthening the link between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
