The Supervisory Board has been appointed to monitor the operation, effectiveness and compliance with the “Model of Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001,” as well as proposing updates.

The Supervisory Board is currently made up of Caterina Bima (Chairman) Board Member of the Company, Piera Braja, Statutory Auditor of the Company, and Anna Chiara Svelto, Lawyer.
